Paulina

PAULINA - MASSAGE THERAPIST

Paulina graduated with an Honours Degree in Sociology from McMaster University, and pursued her post-graduate studies in Marketing Management from Humber College. Upon graduation she accepted a job within the health field, where she discovered an interest for the body and the intricacy of its systems.

With Paulina's own postural struggles, and the desire to help people become more in tune with their bodies, Paulina went on to study Massage Therapy at the Ontario College of Heath and Technology.

Paulina is a strong believer that maintaining an optimal state of health and well-being starts from an early age. In addition to being an RMT, Paulina is also an Infant Massage Instructor, treating children through various stages of development, and teaching parents on how to massage their children at home. In her spare time, Paulina enjoys watching cheesy reality shows, spinning and designing jewellery.

Marissa

MARISSA - MASSAGE THERAPIST

Marissa’s passion for Massage Therapy began in high school when she was referred to an RMT for a hip injury. She was intrigued by the swiftness of her recovery and the impact that such a simple therapy can have on a person's life. After graduating from high school Marissa pursued her Massage Therapy education at Everest College and graduated in December of 2010. She received her certificate in Massage Therapy with Honours. She began her career at a sports therapy and rehabilitation clinic in Burlington where she spent the majority of her career treating a large variety of clients from young athletes to busy working moms to sports figures. She has experience working with repetitive strain injuries, joint replacements, burn recovery, motor vehicle accidents, sports-related injuries, WSIB claims and many more in between.

Zach

ZACH - MASSAGE THERAPIST

Zach was born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario. His interest in rehabilitation came from receiving
treatment over many years for multiple sports injuries. As an athlete, he understands how important it
is to seek treatment to heal injuries, but also that regular treatment is essential to preventing them.
Zach graduated from the Accelerated Massage Therapy program at Ontario College of Health and
Technology in April of 2022. Prior to attending OCHT, Zach graduated from McMaster University with an
Honors Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. It is here that Zach built a foundation in anatomy,
biomechanics, and exercise prescription. He specifically became interested in the rehabilitation sciences
while working with varsity athletes, acute injuries, chronic conditions, individuals with spinal cord
injuries, cancer survivors, and cardiac patients throughout his undergrad.
During his career, Zach has worked with patients from all walks of life. His practice incorporates a wide
range of different techniques, along with a home exercise program that empowers his patents to take
their treatments into their own hands.
In his free time, Zach stays active by golfing, hiking and training his two dogs.
