PAULINA - MASSAGE THERAPIST
Paulina graduated with an Honours Degree in Sociology from McMaster University, and pursued her post-graduate studies in Marketing Management from Humber College. Upon graduation she accepted a job within the health field, where she discovered an interest for the body and the intricacy of its systems.
With Paulina's own postural struggles, and the desire to help people become more in tune with their bodies, Paulina went on to study Massage Therapy at the Ontario College of Heath and Technology.
Paulina is a strong believer that maintaining an optimal state of health and well-being starts from an early age. In addition to being an RMT, Paulina is also an Infant Massage Instructor, treating children through various stages of development, and teaching parents on how to massage their children at home. In her spare time, Paulina enjoys watching cheesy reality shows, spinning and designing jewellery.

RYAN- MASSAGE THERAPIST
Ryan is a Registered Massage Therapist. He has two years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist and is in good standing with the CMTO. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education in 2017 from Brock University. He has been certified with the National Coaching Certification Program since 2016 for competitive/introductory level coaching. He coached soccer, U-12 in 2018. He has experience working with athletes as well as the general public of varying age groups. He grew up in Oshawa, playing many sports such as soccer, hockey, and rugby. He still plays hockey and soccer year-round and enjoys keeping physically fit.
His focus in Massage Therapy is to educate patients on health and fitness and allow them a pain-free living, so they may continue doing the things they love, be that sports or otherwise. Treatment wise, he is therapeutic, focusing on trigger point therapy, myofascial release therapy, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation stretching, active release therapy, as well as postural analysis and the correction of postural imbalances.

JADE - MASSAGE THERAPIST
Jade graduated with honours from the Massage Therapy program at Mohawk College in 2016 and has since spent time working and teaching in the field. Jade has worked in both spas and clinics, as well as in a cruise ship spa, but prefers the variety and learning opportunities working in a clinic with other practitioners.
Jade has worked on a large variety of ailments and age groups and is always looking to upgrade her skills through continuing education. She has a special interest in TMJ dysfunctions and focuses a lot on trigger point therapy and fascial work to get patients moving and feeling good again.

CLAIRE - MASSAGE THERAPIST
From early childhood, Claire has always thrived being active, participating in any sport presented to her. This involvement has shaped an unwavering interest in the body, how it works and how she can maintain its functionality for as long as possible throughout one's life. Once successfully graduated from Brock University in 2023 with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology (honours), her next steps were to build on her education and pursue further knowledge regarding the importance of the body at the Ontario College of Health and Technology in Massage Therapy.
Claire has been fortunate to have opportunities to diversify her treatment experiences through hands-on learning while in and after school, treating many populations about injury and treatment. Claire has also expanded her treatments by obtaining modalities in taping and compression band (floss) through RockTape courses and a cupping and IASTM Tools course with Cupping Canada. She is always looking to expand her knowledge in the treatment room further to meet each and every person's needs better.
